Before our collaboration, PromisEZ had a powerful concept – but one that clients struggled to engage with. The core system for managing promises and evaluating team performance was weighed down by a clunky scorecard interface, limited admin functionality, and a steep learning curve. On top of that, the tool lacked mobile responsiveness and had no intuitive way for administrators to manage users or control access rights.
Even more critically, the product’s original design didn’t fully reflect the unique logic of promise-based management, resulting in misalignment between customer expectations and system behavior. The challenge was clear: simplify, clarify, and elevate the platform so it could truly support the executives and team leads it was built for.

Our masters redesigned the PromisEZ platform from the ground up, making it more accessible, efficient, and visually aligned with the evolving brand. We introduced a refined user experience that simplifies the process of setting goals, tracking performance, and generating reports – whether weekly, monthly, or annually.
To support growing organizations and leadership teams, we also overhauled the admin panel, enabling full access to user data, profile management, and role-based permissions. Now, global admins can assign VIP statuses, manage discounts, and onboard new teams with ease.
We introduced a revamped progress tracker interface that allows people to easily create, review, and measure team and individual promises over time, making accountability feel less like a chore and more like a shared goal.
The system now supports both weekly and monthly reporting cycles, giving departments the versatility to align promise reviews with their unique business rhythms and administration styles.
Admins gained centralized control to view, edit, and manage all customer accounts, assign VIP statuses, and generate time-limited discount codes for trusted partners or trial users.
