      How did we help Facebook raise awareness and simplify digital contribution planning?

      One of the biggest challenges Facebook confronted was the lack of awareness around its Legacy Contact feature. Many users were unaware that they could designate someone to manage their account after they passed away, leaving their digital presence in limbo. This led to frequent requests from grieving families, seeking access to a loved one’s profile or struggling to prevent unwanted posts on their timelines.

       

      Additionally, the process of setting up a Legacy Contact was often overlooked due to its placement within Facebook’s settings, making it difficult for members to find and act on proactively. To bridge this gap, the platform needed a seamless, user-friendly solution that would educate people, simplify the setup process, and encourage them to take action – ensuring their digital footprint was responsibly managed when they were no longer around.

      Master of Code Global developed an AI-powered chatbot to simplify legacy contact setup and promote charitable giving.

      To address the challenge, Master of Code Global came up with a powerful Facebook Messenger bot that guides users through the process of assigning a Legacy Contact. This intuitive approach makes sure consumers understand the importance of planning their digital afterlife and provides a seamless way to take action – all within a familiar, conversational interface.
