- 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, staffing, account management, or vendor relations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CV-screening, conducting HR interviews, and providing structured summaries and feedback to support hiring decisions
- Strong writing skills for preparing candidate briefs, research summaries, and internal updates
- Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from research and data
- Comfort with multitasking and switching between domains or departments quickly
- Experience working with CRMs or internal databases will be a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher – both written and spoken
- Self-driven and organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

- Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Drive end-to-end search for candidates to support outstaffing and contractor-based needs
- Create and manage job descriptions, post openings across relevant channels, and actively source candidates through platforms and referrals
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview steps with internal teams
- Provide structured summaries and feedback to support hiring decisions
- Market Research & Data Management
- Conduct in-depth research on vendor networks, recruitment markets, and talent availability across key tech domains
- Maintain and update internal trackers and partner databases, ensuring data accuracy and visibility
- Use CRM tools and shared systems to track outreach, performance, and partnership metrics
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and manage relationships with external vendor partners
- Maintain and expand a reliable partner network to ensure access to qualified talent across domains
- Manage vendor pipelines, negotiate rates, and align candidates with project needs. Maintain consistent, professional communication with all partners
- Consultant Lifecycle & Engagement
- Oversee the full lifecycle of external consultants: onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and offboarding
- Organize regular check-ins and syncs with consultants to ensure satisfaction and alignment with projects
- Act as a point of contact for consultant-related matters, resolving day-to-day issues and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Process Optimization & AI Tools
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve research, documentation, and daily workflows
- Collaborate closely with HR, Delivery, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to align on cross-functional initiatives
