We are looking for a Partnership & Operations Generalist to support and manage end-to-end operations related to our external consultants and partners.
This role plays a key part in ensuring all documentation, agreements, and operational workflows are accurate, timely, and efficient.
From contract handling to onboarding and engagement tracking, you will act as a central point of coordination between our internal teams and external experts.
What We Value in a New Master
- 2+ years of experience in documentation coordination, administrative support, or contract management
- Experience working with legal, financial, or contractual documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Extra Credit For
- Familiarity with electronic signature platforms (DocuSign, etc.)
- Experience working in IT companies
- Knowledge of basic contract terminology and structures
How You'll Contribute

Coordinate the preparation, review, and signing of contracts with external vendors and consultants

Maintain up-to-date records of all agreements, amendments, and supporting documents

Monitor contract timelines and ensure timely renewals and follow-ups on expiring agreements

Support the financial process: collect and organize invoices, assist with documentation for payments, and collaborate on hour approvals with internal stakeholders

Create, update, and tailor consultants' CVs for client-facing needs and internal use

Oversee the full lifecycle of consultants, including onboarding, performance tracking, and offboarding processes

Conduct regular sync-up calls with active consultants to support engagement and satisfaction

Keep internal trackers, partnership databases, and records up to date

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to align documentation with internal processes

Organize and store documentation in a structured and secure way (Google Drive or other internal systems)

Support the onboarding process by collecting and verifying necessary documents

Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini to streamline tasks, work with content and optimize workflows

Assist in improving and maintaining templates and document workflows
