This position is for you if you are an intermediate to senior Key Account Manager who wants to ride the early wave of the shift from mobile to messaging (aka chatbots, conversational UX, and messaging apps). You will bring on and manage exciting projects for some of the largest brands of the world including T-Mobile, World Surf League, MTV and others. You will be receiving insights directly from the internal teams at Facebook, Google, and others with whom Master of Code has partnered with in developing conversational products.

You are an Account Manager with 2+ years of Account Management experience
You can understand and talk the tech language on a 6-7 out of 10 and are excited to learn about new tech contexts
You have previously successfully grown relationships with existing clients
You have managed relationships with midsize to enterprise businesses
You are excellent at expectation setting and open communication because you like making your life easier
You are interested in conversational experiences, use some text/voice chatbots on a regular basis (or at least have tried a couple): FB Messenger bots, Alexa bots, Telegram bots, Google Assistant etc.
You believe the shift from mobile apps to messaging platforms is just as massive (or bigger) as the shift from web to mobile
You thrive in a fast paced and innovation-inspired environment
You enjoy working with a team of passionate people and can add energy and positivity to the culture
Seeking out business development opportunities with new and existing clients
Analyzing customer needs and presenting solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings (web, mobile and chatbots)
Representing the company in a professional manner at all times to ensure every opportunity is taken to promote the brand
Ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction and acting as a liaison between customer and operational staff
Providing market intelligence in regards to competitors and pricing strategies
Formulating business plans and strategies to meet business development targets
A good bonus would be
You are a great problem solver (at the very least you know how to use Google)
A background in tech or general interest in tech
Project management in your past? Definite plus
Native written and spoken English
