Challenge

How did we help our client create a learning platform with clean data from leading poker players?

Recognizing a gap in the market, the client knew he could build a poker educational platform that stood out from the competition – something more advanced, immersive, and tailored to serious contenders. Backed by GTO LAB’s team of elite poker pros, he envisioned a platform that offered fresh insights and real-time learning with data distilled from top players. The client wanted Master of Code Global to create an interactive, feature-rich experience where users could learn directly from the best, transforming their approach to the game and setting a new standard in Poker learning.

What We Created

Master of Code Global developed an innovative learning platform that empowers players to make razor-sharp decisions at every stage of their poker game.

The journey started with a proof of concept – the chat experience with a lively visualization of Poker strategy that captured the client’s vision. The bot was set in Telegram and covered the basic flow of understanding the user input and matching it with the proper strategy. Thrilled with the results, GTO LAB partnered with Master of Code Global to start the development of the Educational platform, which is built to optimize the approach to the Poker game.

Main Features Developed:

Final Table ICM Strategy Library: Users can access files with over 14,000 strategies, guiding them on optimal actions based on their hand. ICM situations are some of the most difficult in MTT poker, with so much complexity associated with the differing stack sizes. That’s why the comprehensive ICM Library covers a wider range of tournament stages, making it easier than ever to refine the decision-making in high-pressure spots.
Compare Strats: A go-to tool for conceptual learning and deepening the understanding of ICM mechanics by comparing different strategies. For instance, users can easily learn how to play a short stack and how it impacts poker strategies by selecting similar or quite opposite situations. Also, poker players can define how to act in extreme scenarios and get a lot of insights on that.

Trainer (Practice): With an extended library of sims, the platform allows users to analyze scenarios instantly. The Trainer is the only tool on the market that lets you practice in full table mode – a more effective way to master ICM.
Webinars: Master of Code Global made it possible to conduct Webinars, where GTO LAB users are able to learn from top pros like Nick Petrangelo, Daniel Dvoress, Jonathan Jaffe, Isaac Haxton, Leon Sturm, Leonard Maue, Ben Heath, and Thomas Boivin.
