CNSI is a client-server solution for call center management. System users can manage/monitor agents, call campaigns and call center tracking settings in accordance with their roles on the platform. The system features call allocation among available agents according to specific business logic, automatic call generation and reporting using dial lists and their distribution among agents in accordance to business logic, and detailed statistics for incoming call statistics.
