Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Creative Copywriter / Content Specialist who will take our content to new heights. We need someone who can help us create various content pieces, from SEO articles to Landing Pages, from social media posts to interviews, and from blog posts to PR placements. So, yes, it’s obvious that you won’t be bored with our tasks.

Required background and skills:
- 2+ years of proven experience in text content creation positions: Copywriter, Content Creator, Content Manager, etc. IT, outsourcing, SaaS domains background will be a huge plus
- Advanced English (C1) written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for details is a must
- General understanding of overall digital marketing channels, processes, latest trends, and tools
- Experience in content creation from scratch
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Experience working with SEO Tech Assignments
- Ability to write different marketing and promotional texts in various styles and formats, from Landing Pages to Newsletters
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Trends, Ahrefs (or analogue), and Copywriterly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Self-motivated for professional growth and excellence, with a passion for writing and crafting interesting and compelling content
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Passion for technology and its latest trends, hands-on experience with Generative AI tools

Responsibilities:
- Content strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports overall marketing goals and initiatives
- Content creation: Generate creative high-quality written content to promote our professional services. This will include SEO pages, Landing Pages, blog posts, social media posts, interviews, press releases, ads, taglines, newsletters, and other necessary content on demand
- Content Management: Create a content plan and provide CMS Management according to the content strategy. Effectively utilize content management systems to create, edit, and publish web content, ensuring a seamless user experience. Work with the design and development teams to establish and develop automation and design pieces necessary for the successful content strategy implementation
- Content Distribution: Assist in the planning and execution of content distribution across various channels, including working with various databases and listings
- Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide relevant content that addresses relevant topics and pain points of our audience. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics, propose and produce content to support our sales and ABM processes
- Editing and proofreading: Ensure that all content is error-free, well-structured, and adheres to the company’s editorial guidelines
- Cooperation: Interact with marketing, design, sales, and product teams
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant tools and provide insights to make data-driven improvements. Follow personal and content KPIs
- Be ready to support the marketing department within other marketing streams, where needed
