We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to own and drive full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles to join our team. This role is hands-on and impact-driven, combining deep sourcing expertise, candidate evaluation, strong stakeholder partnership, and a data-informed, AI-aware approach to hiring.
You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, running end-to-end recruitment processes, advising hiring managers, and continuously improving recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate experience.
What We Value in a New Master
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles globally
- Strong expertise in active sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean search, market research)
- Ability to independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle
- International hiring experience, including Europe and North America
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to consult hiring managers
- Understanding and ability to track common recruitment metrics and sourcing effectiveness
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
- Experience using AI tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows
- High level of ownership, structure, and accountability
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate experience focus
- Advanced English (written and spoken) for daily communication with international stakeholders and candidates
How You'll Contribute

Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, profiles, and success criteria
- Manage candidate pipelines from first contact to offer acceptance
- Conduct and coordinate interviews and evaluate the candidates’ fit to the role profile
- Ensure timely feedback, clear communication, and high-quality candidate experience

Sourcing & Research
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
- Experiment with new sourcing channels and approaches
- Conduct market/compensation research globally

Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers
- Consult on market conditions, compensation ranges, and hiring strategies
- Align on priorities, timelines, and decision-making processes

Recruitment Operations & Analytics
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- Use AI and automation tools to increase recruitment efficiency and quality
