QA Engineer (Conversational AI)

As we expand our QA community of experts, we are seeking a proactive and communicative QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing AI and LLM-based projects. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the quality of next-generation conversational AI-driven solutions, ensuring their quality, reliability, and responsible behavior.
What We Value in a New Master
- 3+ years of solid experience in software testing
- Proven experience testing AI/ML or LLM-based systems (chatbots, NLP pipelines, RAG, model outputs, etc.)
- Experience evaluating AI outputs: correctness, consistency, hallucinations, edge cases, safety, and user experience
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including test design, execution, and reporting
- Knowledge of test-design techniques such as Exploratory, Boundary Value, and Equivalence Class Testing
- Basic understanding of databases and working with test data
- Test automation experience is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and the stakeholders
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
How You'll Contribute

Thoroughly test AI/LLM-driven features and validate model behavior

Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements

Design and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and other relevant materials

Proactively identify and report potential defects, bugs, and usability issues

Thoroughly analyze test results, document findings, and provide clear and concise bug reports

Collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects and ensure the timely implementation of fixes

Work actively with team members and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and ensure alignment with testing activities

Take ownership of your work and consistently contribute to the quality and success of the product
