We’re looking for an AI Backend Developer for our Conversational AI projects.
What We Value in a New Master
- 3+ years of experience in backend development
- Familiarity with AI-related architectures, including LLM-based systems, RAG, and AI/ML integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and/or Python, Go, or Java
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, including designing, building, and integrating them
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of service-oriented and serverless architectures
- Good understanding of database concepts, common performance issues, and optimization approaches
- Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical details
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively as part of an engineering team and take part in stakeholder communication
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
How You'll Contribute

Design and implement backend solutions for AI-driven projects, including chatbots, conversational platforms, and custom AI integrations

Work with AI-related components such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and external AI services, ensuring reliable and efficient integrations

Collaborate with stakeholders and the team to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Participate in solution architecture discussions, focusing on backend implementation

Develop, integrate, and maintain backend services using modern service-based and serverless architectures

Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations with internal and third-party systems

Actively participate in the coding process, including writing clean, testable, and maintainable code

Review and improve existing backend implementations with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate closely with DevOps and QA to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production readiness

Participate in solution validation and testing to ensure technical requirements and business expectations are met

Maintain technical documentation related to backend services, integrations, and architectural decisions
