The system accepts in any office format document and takes care of the process until it's delivered to end user (on webinterface, mail or even a fax machine). For this job we took advantage of openoffice.org server for conversion of office formats into system-transferable images , Asterisk server for persistent queues and communication with the PSTN network, Sugar CRM for keeping track of customers and issuing invoices and PayPal for billing. Features include email-like fax management, user management, billing, variety of payment plans, persistent queues for sending messages, auto-generated meta pages, message status reports, “fax once” for non-registered users, rich featured address book, message search.
